He is also the founder of the Hack Future Lab, a global network and think-tank that looks at reshaping the future.

A columnist at Inc. Magazine and an entrepreneur mentor-in-residence at London Business School and MIT, Terence outlines his recommended set of behaviours for leaders, which discourage micro-management and advocate the necessity of always being willing to learn. As a former director of Saatchi & Saatchi, Terence examines the intersection between leadership, disruption and global transformation. He underlines the importance of an entrepreneurial mindset, and the importance of ‘sisu,’ a Finnish term encapsulating courage, resilience and tenacity. He is also the author of The 3D Leader - Take Your Leadership to the Next Dimension. He has been listed as one of the top 30 management thinkers in the world by Thinkers50, written for The Economist and Forbes, worked with Facebook and Visa, and hosts the Hack The Future podcast.
