Paul Adamson is a business leader and entrepreneur, known for his time as Chief Commercial Officer of Oyster Yachts, the luxury British yacht manufacturer. Paul was instrumental as Oyster Yachts achieved remarkable growth, doubling revenue annually and securing over £185M in new orders. He did this despite the industry facing unprecedented challenges caused by the onset of the Covid-19 pandemic.
He was CCO at Oyster between 2018 and 2022 - the same year he was diagnosed with Follicular Lymphoma. Using the same tools and strategies that he previously implemented in business - namely, fostering a resilient, optimistic mindset - he confronted this adversity head-on. He is now in remission, but has remained an advocate for the Follicular Lymphoma Foundation.
