Marverine Cole

Marverine is an award winning journalist and broadcaster. She has appeared on many of the UK’s most watched and listened to broadcasters, including Sky News, 5 News, BBC 5 Live and BBC Radio 4, and has joined the presening team at Good Morning Britain. 

Dr Shola Mos-Shogbamimu

Dr Shola is a political and women’s rights activist. She taught intersectional feminism to female refugees and asylum seekers; scrutinises government policies from a gender and diversity inclusion perspective; and co-organises women's marches and social campaigns. She founded the Women in Leadership publication as a platform to drive positive change on topical issues that impact women globally through personal leadership journeys.

Naomi Sesay

Using her twenty years’ experience in television and media, Naomi Sesay has devoted her career to serving as a powerful advocate for diversity and inclusion, becoming a trailblazer for social enterprise. At Channel 4 she served as Head of Creative Diversity and as On Screen Diversity Executive, and before that, as Head of Innovation and Diversity for the Media Trust.
