Biography

Reuben Christian is an award-winning speaker and facilitator who inspires individuals and teams to realise their potential through creativity, collaboration and emotional intelligence. Warm, empathetic and with an infectious energy, he works with global organisations to create cultures where people feel empowered, connected and ready to grow.

Combining humour, insight and experience from a wide range of sectors, Reuben is the founder of Dream Rehab, a live event series that uses peer-to-peer support to help people define and pursue their personal and professional goals. He is also the co-host of What Is This Behaviour?, the acclaimed podcast that spotlights South Asian creatives and changemakers reshaping culture globally, and which is featured on British Airways flights.

Reuben helps teams and leaders tackle the realities of the working world, from imposter syndrome and burnout to challenges around creativity and communication. Drawing from his work across business, education and the arts, he explores the power of so-called soft skills in high-performance environments, the role of vulnerability in effective leadership, and how organisations can foster trust, inclusion and innovation through human connection.

Interactive, emotionally intelligent and candid, Reuben helps teams to reframe self-doubt, improve collaboration and spark creativity under pressure. With practical advice grounded in experience and behavioural insights, he has delivered energy, tools and belief to clients including Aviva, Deutsche Bank, Samsung, The Barbican, Red Bull, The Old Vic, Virgin Media and Wilderness Festival. As a speaker, host and workshop facilitator, Reuben beings his own brand of humour, humanity and insight.

Reuben’s goal is to help people thrive at work through authenticity, creativity, connection and understanding their own potential. He empowers teams to turn challenge into momentum and culture into a competitive edge.
