Jez Rose Rose Bainbridge

Fee Band

Jez leads the research faculty of The Good Life Project Farm, and builds training programmes for well known organisations. With plenty of energy he tackles change management, working environment and human behaviour.

Biography

Jez Rose is an author, behaviour expert and entrepreneur. He works with businesses to give them the tools they need to understand - and change - human behaviour.

Jez began his career in the NHS and then worked as a comedy performer to fund his studies in psychology. He later moved into further education, lecturing on the applications of psychology in society. He now heads up the research faculty of The Good Life Project, which demonstrates nature’s impact on health and workplace behaviour.

When he’s not overseeing training and research at The Good Life Project Farm, Jez creates training programmes for organisations like Marriott, Philips, Wella and Audi. He lends his high-energy delivery to lessons on leading with influence, leading and managing change, developing effective emotional intelligence and the difference between ordinary teams and extraordinary ones. He recommends simple changes to working environments that can have a radical influence on behaviour, and demonstrates techniques to survive an ever-changing work environment.

Jez has worked as a writer and broadcaster, commenting on changing behaviour for the BBC, Channel 4 and CNN. His best-selling book
Flip the Switch guides readers through the simple changes that can be made to achieve success in work and life.
