Biography

Jack Skipper is one of the most talked-about names in British comedy. A former carpet fitter from South London with no formal qualifications and a mountain of charm, Jack has skyrocketed from everyday dad to breakout comedy star thanks to his relatable takes on working-class life and fatherhood.

With over 16 million likes on TikTok and hundreds of thousands of social media followers, Jack’s rise has been fuelled by a loyal online audience who love his down-to-earth wit and easy-going storytelling style.

Jack’s debut stand-up show Skint, a hilarious and heartfelt show about navigating life as a working dad, earned him a Best Newcomer nomination at the Edinburgh Comedy Awards, as well as a host of other newcomer awards and nominations from festivals and competitions around the UK. He then toured the show across the country, and has supported Michael McIntyre, Russell Kane, and Suzi Ruffell on tour. He’s also appeared on the Stand Up Sketch Show and on Comedy Central Live.

On stage, on screen or online, Jack has won over audiences of every age and background with his observational punchlines, warm delivery and no-nonsense charm, establishing him as one of most refreshing and exciting new voices in comedy.
