Lavinia D. Osbourne is an established agent for change in blockchain, an entrepreneur at the vanguard of NFT development and a futurist for the emergent metaverse.

Combining her passionate belief in blockchain’s egalitarian ideals with her commitment to sharing her knowledge, connections and entrepreneurial spirit, Lavinia works tirelessly to break down barriers by raising underrepresented voices. She founded Women in Blockchain Talks, an award-winning networking and educational platform that shines a spotlight on women in the Blockchain ecosystem and Crypto Kweens, a NFT Marketplace business. She brings a fresh and accessible approach to complex subjects including blockchain, Web 3.0 and welltech. With these organisations as her vehicle, Lavinia is on a mission to decrease the gender gap in Blockchain by providing different ways of learning about the technology, and getting involved with it.

Through her work on Women in Blockchain Talks she has won and been nominated for accolades such as the National Diversity Award for Community Organisation and Best Diversity Resource/Initiative Award. As an individual she is one of Wirex's Rising Women in Crypto 2021, a TechWomen100 winner and a 2021 LinkedIn Top Voice in Tech & Innovation.
