Biography

Scott Mill’s Radio 1 show is one of the most popular shows in the UK. His mixture of comedy, competitions, listener interaction and music have won over millions.

Scott has worked his way through the traditional radio route of local broadcasters, then onto commercial radio and finally the so-called ‘graveyard’ slot of Radio 1 of 4am to 7am. After regularly standing in for other hosts such as Sara Cox and Chris Moyles, Scott was finally given the prestigious drive-time slot. The show became a huge hit with its mix of guests, contributions from the production and news team, and features including Flirt Divert, Innuendo Bingo, and Rate my Listener.

Alongside his radio work, Scott is a familiar face on TV appearing on a number of panel shows such as Never Mind the Buzzcocks as well as a cameo on Casualty. He’s also fronted a number of youth-orientated documentaries and factual programmes as well as the Wednesday edition of the National Lottery and the BBC Three show Radio 1 on Three.
