Magical Bones Sandra Vijandi

Fee Band

Starting out as a dancer, Richard worked with Black Eyed Peas and Madonna. He’s since turned to magic and soulful astonishment. In the first ever hip hop illusion show, Magical Bones mixes escapology and somersaulting card tricks with body popping and a waltz with a table to Etta James’ At Last.

Biography

Magical Bones is an innovative, dynamic and exciting new act combining magic and illusion with dance and hip-hop.

Otherwise known as Richard Essien, Magical Bones started his performance career as a hip-hop dancer, turning professional and working with international stars including Black Eyed Peas, Madonna and Alicia Keys. A skilled break-dancer, Richard became well known on the UK hip-hop scene but wanted to combine his skills with his love of magic.

Richard devised his first show, Sleight of Dance, an hour of startling illusions theatrically combined with dance working cards tricks and escapology with break-dancing and body-popping. He has quickly become a live hit with his close-up magic and shows.
