The focus of the first Speakers Breakfast this season is on MOTIVATION – with three contrasting speakers:
The presenter of Embarrassing Bodies has worked in Africa and Harley Street. His aim is to explain and de-stigmatise medicine and wellbeing. As well as showing how to survive extremes, get faster and live longer, Christian exposes many a myth about health (and dieting).
A former Royal Marine, Monty led a group of divers who rediscovered a sunken city thought to be the cradle of civilisation. He’s now developing a leadership syllabus for schools. The Great Escapes presenter explores the ‘red star’ moment: do you give up or persevere?
Ebony is the first black woman to play cricket for England, winning the Ashes and the World Cup. She now trains and mentors as Director of Women’s Cricket at Surrey. Ebony offers Five Fundamentals of Peak Performance.
Tea, coffee and croissants will be served from 8.30am. The session starts at 9.00 and ends at 10.00.
