Covering everything from Premier League and Champions’ League football to the day’s main headlines, Sarah-Jane is one of Sky’s leading and most adaptable presenters.
Sarah-Jane Mee presents Sky News’ flagship daily breakfast programme Sunrise. Before going on to tackle the morning’s news and interviewing the headline makers, she worked on Sky Sports, most notably covering the broadcaster’s Champions’ League coverage as well as Saturday Night Football and Cricket AM.
After working at Sky as a producer, Sarah-Jane started her broadcasting career at ITV Central News in the Midlands, where she also fronted their regional football show and co-hosted Hancock's Half-Time, alongside Nick Hancock. She then hosted Sky Sports Premier League highlights programme Football First, and the channel’s interview and discussion show What’s the Story? She also undertook the 190km Yorkshire leg of the Tour de France as part of Sky’s Riding the Dales series.
Moving from sport to news, Sarah-Jane took over from Eamon Holmes as the regular host of Sky News’ Sunrise which sees her covering the big stories and questioning everyone from politicians to Hollywood stars. She retains her love of sport and continues to co-host Sky Sport’s irreverent look at cricket, Cricket AM.
In addition to her Sky duties Sarah-Jane has also hosted Heart radio’s Breakfast Show and the ITV motoring show Pulling Power.
