Helen Fospero is a broadcaster, journalist and presenter who has worked as a presenter and correspondent for Sky News, ITV Breakfast, The One Show, Five News and BBC Watchdog. She has interviewed Prime Ministers, royalty, CEOs and business leaders.
Helen began her television career at Sky News, working as the channel’s Home News Editor at its inception. During her time at the channel, she worked as News Editor, Reporter, as well as a presenter of the channel’s flagship programmes Sunrise and Live at Five. She went on to join ITV as the channel’s US correspondent, based in New York, before returning to the UK to join the BBC. She now works as a freelance presenter across multiple channels, as well as regularly reporting on The One Show.
She brings her warm, professional style to her two award-winning podcast series: The Convex Conversation, in which she interviews notable guests about their careers and accomplishments; and True Criminals, where she and co-host Martin Brunt take an in-depth look at notable criminal stories, both contemporary and historical. In the former, she has been joined by guests including Sir Jackie Stewart, Prince William, Lewis Pugh and Amar Latif OBE.
