Cherry began her onscreen career with numerous documentary series on BBC Three. She then presented Britain's Favourite Supermarket Foods and Secrets of the Sales where she explored the psychology of sales shopping, and the tricks the high street stores use to keep us coming back for more. She has also appeared on Celebrity MasterChef and fronted Women's Health: Breaking the Taboos, where she uncovers the secrets and taboos surrounding women's health.


Biography

Cherry Healey is a broadcaster, best known for presenting Inside the Factory and 10 Years Younger in 10 Days. She began her onscreen career with numerous gritty documentary series for BBC Three. The documentaries had a particular focus on where Cherry was in her own life, including Cherry Gets Married, Cherry Has a Baby and Cherry Gets Pierced. Her honest, warm, and engaging presenting style quickly established her as a trusted household name.

She has since presented Don’t Tell the Bride, The Best of British Takeaways, Sunday Morning Live, and took part in Celebrity MasterChef. Cherry also fronted Britain’s Favourite Supermarket Foods, Find My First Love, What to Buy and Why, and Secrets of the Sales where she explored the psychology of sales shopping and the tricks the high street stores use. Cherry has co-presented Inside the Factory with Gregg Wallace, and in Women’s Health: Breaking the Taboos she uncovers the secrets and taboos surrounding women’s health.

In addition to her TV work, Cherry has also written Letters to my Fanny. In this hilarious and candid memoir about twenty-first-century womanhood, she shares outrageous, poignant, and eye-wateringly funny confessions in a love letter to her body.

Cherry has written for several publications including Grazia, You Me Baby magazine, and Cellardoor online, and has a unique and funny style that appeals to a wide audience.

With the theme of this year’s event being #InspireInclusion, we were lucky enough to hear from four women who have each blazed a trail in their respective fields: CEO of Channel 4, Alex Mahon; the former Australian Prime Minister and Chair of Kings’ Global Institute of Women’s Leadership, Julia Gillard; one of the leading voices in football, Eniola Aluko MBE; and broadcaster and journalist, Samira Ahmed.
