Biography

The Brass Funkeys are an 8-piece brass band that fuse the traditional New Orleans marching band sound with influences from jazz to pop to hip-hop. A collection of some of London’s most talented and experienced brass players, they bring an irresistible energy and humour to their shows.

With unique arrangements of a wide assortment of party anthems from Bon Jovi’s Livin’ on a Prayer to Gorillaz' Dirty Harry, The White Stripes’ Seven Nation Army to I Wanna Be Like You from The Jungle Book, The Brass Funkeys are a crowd-pleasing mix of the old, the new and the unexpected.
