Biography

To many Lorraine Kelly is the face of breakfast television. Over four decades she has presented TV-AM, GMTV, This Morning, Daybreak, and Good Morning Britain, as well as her own shows Lorraine Live and LK Today.

As well as hosting a range of lifestyle and factual programmes Lorraine has written regulary columns for The Sun and The Sunday Post, and contributed to a raft of magazine titles. She has trekked through the desert for Comic Relief, and presented live from the Royal Manchester Children’s Hospital.

Away from the daytime schedule she has appeared on Never Mind the Buzzcocks and has guest presented Have I Got News For You, and has even made cameo appearances in the sitcoms Still Game and Birds of a Feather..

Looking Ahead to International Women’s Day

We were joined by four fantastic speakers to look ahead at International Women’s Day. With the theme of this year’s event being #InspireInclusion, we were lucky enough to hear from four women who have each blazed a trail in their respective fields: CEO of Channel 4, Alex Mahon; the former Australian Prime Minister and Chair of Kings’ Global Institute of Women’s Leadership, Julia Gillard; one of the leading voices in football, Eniola Aluko MBE; and broadcaster and journalist, Samira Ahmed.
