The Vernon Sisters

The Vernon Sisters

Female Harmony Trio

Synopsis

The three-part vocal harmony group are sisters in real life. Performing to tracks or with their 7-piece band, the girls’ playlist stretches from ‘Swing Sling’ favourites to Motown to the Arctic Monkeys – with bespoke musical skits on request.

Biography

The Vernon Sisters have a rare talent for three part harmony - whether performing a capella, to backing tracks or accompanying themselves on piano, drums and bass. Rebecca, Sophia and Tasmin have sung everywhere from the Dorchester to Friday Night with Jonathan Ross.

The girls have created a menu of themed shows artfully titled around their favourite cocktails: Mai Tai features Norah Jones and Al Green for a laid-back atmosphere; Swing Sling includes lively Rat Pack and Duke Ellington standards; whereas Motown Mixer combines The Supremes, Stevie Wonder and The Four Tops.

Alternatively the Cosmopolitan set offers more modern hits from Michael Jackson to the Arctic Monkeys, all in jazz arrangements. As you would expect, Mistletoe Martini is packed full of seasonal classics - including marvellous a cappella renditions of favourite Christmas carols.
