Biography

Nikki Dean is a broadcast journalist and presenter with over 20 years’ experience bringing conversations to life across television and live events. She combines journalistic curiosity and a natural interviewing style with warmth, energy and instinctive audience connection.

As a broadcaster, Nikki started her career as a live breakfast TV co-anchor for Guardian Media Group. She went on to become the backstage presenter for Strictly Come Dancing for six series, giving audiences access behind the scenes and interviewing celebrities, performers and creative teams on the UK’s biggest entertainment show.

Live, Nikki has worked with international brands in technology, automotive, sport, and business. She has brought her skill in making complex subjects accessible while adding energy, personality and genuine human connection to every conversation to companies and events including Financial Times Live, NVIDIA, Microsoft, Dell Technologies, Porsche, SAP, the Abu Dhabi Autonomous Racing League (A2RL) and others.

Nikki is also the founder of The Bloody Brilliant Speaker Method and author of Just Bloody Speak, helping leaders, teams and experts to communicate with confidence, personality and impact.
