Biography

Grace Beverley is a serial entrepreneur and digital broadcaster. She is the Founder and CEO of the activewear brand TALA, the fitness tech brand Shreddy, and personal organisation brand The Productivity Method. Her latest venture, Retrograde, is an AI powered agent designed to empower content creators through assisting with tasks such as inbox management and deal negotiation. She is the author of the book, Working Hard, Hardly Working, which details how to achieve a balance between productivity and fulfilment in a high-pressure social media age. The book reached number one on The Sunday Times Bestseller list. Grace went on to launch a podcast series of the same name, which reached similar success. In this, she interviews a diverse pool of guests from all walks of life, who all share one thing in common: the fact that they have achieved remarkable success in their unique fields, candidly revealing insights into their career journeys.

Grace is known for tackling big topics in an informal and accessible way, and has been recognised as a leading voice on female funding, the representation of women in media, sustainable fashion and entry into entrepreneurship. She is regularly invited to discuss these issues in the media, including on BBC Radio 4 Woman’s Hour, Bloomberg News and Vogue Business. She has been cited by Forbes in their 30 under 30 Retail and E-Commerce list (first at the age of 23), and has a global following of over three million people.
