The proud Liverpudlian co-hosts with Tim Lovejoy in their Channel 4 home, and encourages everyone to try his online recipes at Eat The Chef.

Biography

After years on the BBC as Something For The Weekend’s resident chef, Simon Rimmer now co-hosts Channel 4’s Sunday Brunch.

Simon’s easy Liverpudlian manner has served him well as the face of cooking video website Eat the Chef. He has also presented programmes on several channels, including Breaking Into Tesco, This Little Farmer and To Buy or Not to Buy. As resident chef on BBC One’s Something For The Weekend, Simon and presenter Tim Lovejoy’s food and football-related banter established them as viewer favourites and they now host their own show, Sunday Brunch.

Simon is the founder of Greens, a vegetarian restaurant in Manchester, and the author of several popular cookbooks including
The Seasoned Vegetarian. His second restaurant, Earle, also in Manchester, was named top celebrity restaurant in the Observer Food Monthly Awards.

Simon’s theatre went down a storm with our delegates. He is such a great personality and was so flexible.
