Following over 20 years in the media helping women discover their style and build confidence with honest, supportive advice, Trinny launched a digital-first beauty brand that has become an international business. She considers her lessons in building a brand around an authentic set of values, creating a brand and a community, reinvention and leading a team with vision and purpose.

Biography

Trinny Woodall is the founder and CEO of Trinny London, a digital-first beauty brand that has grown into a global premium skincare and makeup business. With customers in more than 180 countries, Trinny London also has stores across the UK, Ireland, the US and Australia. Following over 20 years working in the media helping women discover their style and build confidence, Trinny founded Trinny London with the mission to give everyone the tools they need to feel their best.

With a reputation for honest, supportive and authentic advice, Trinny has built a business that has these values at its core. A community as well as a product, Trinny London is a model of how brands now engage with audiences, not just consumers. Her entrepreneurial drive has seen her not only lead her own business to success, but also to support other founders through mentoring, speaking, and launching the Elevator Pitch series on Instagram, where female entrepreneurs pitch their business ideas to an audience of experts and non-experts alike.

Trinny explores brand building and community creation, drawing from her experience establishing a global beauty brand from concept to market. She examines leadership and reinvention, sharing her vision and values, and addressing what it takes to build and sustain a talented, high-performing team. She also examines entrepreneurship and investment, reflecting on the different stages of her career and how her approach to AI and innovation has shaped her brand's success. Both her own, and her business’s authenticity and understanding of customers inform every aspect of what they do, and underpin their culture of fearless ambition.
