Biography

Winston Clements is a speaker, accessibility consultant and former software engineer who has inspired audiences around the world with his story of resilience, leadership and transformation. Born with Osteogenesis Imperfecta, a condition that makes bones extremely fragile, Winston has experienced more than 200 fractures and is a full-time wheelchair user. He has defied expectations throughout his life, not only surviving to adulthood, but thriving, and using his experiences to drive meaningful change in business and society.

Exploring both personal lessons, industry innovations and best practice, Winston has delivered keynotes and training sessions for organisations including Google, Disney, EY and Accenture. His work focuses on inclusive leadership, accessibility, and the power of a growth mindset. Winston’s perspective draws on both experience and technical insight. After earning a degree in Computer Science from the University of Westminster, he spent nearly a decade in the technology sector specialising in software engineering and accessibility testing. Today, he combines this background with his role as an advocate and consultant to help organisations embed inclusion into the core of their culture, systems, and leadership practices.
