Jessica Matthias

Jessica Matthias is the Global Sustainability Director at the leading travel technology company Sabre Corporation. In this role, she has navigated the complexities of ESG, policy, campaigning, policy and PR, while leading the charge for a more sustainable future for the travel industry. Sabre’s technology facilitates more that 120 million hotel stays and 700 million air passengers yearly - meaning Jessica’s work has a direct impact on the environmental impact of global travel. 

Alongside this, she had a remarkable personal journey. As a teen mother to a child with severe autism, Jessica defied the odds in developing her career as a leading voice on sustainability through resilience and dedication. This experience has become a core value in her aim in building a world where everyone, regardless of background, can thrive.
