In the process she’s been trained in lean production, explained monetary and economic policy, and danced an impromptu Irish jig live on air.

Although perhaps best known as the Channel 4 date show matchmaker, Fred is also an award-winning restaurant service manager. Alongside fronting shows like Tried and Tested and the food entrepreneur challenge My Million Pound Menu, he helps companies inside the leisure and hospitality industry and beyond to embed a culture of excellent customer service.

Alongside co-hosting Britain's most popular Saturday night show Claudia fronts a very different contest looking for the country's best amateur cooks. Amongst her many credits she's fronted arts, film and entertainment on TV and radio, from coverage of the Oscars to Have I Got News for You to her own Radio 2 show.

Alongside her weekday morning show on Radio 1, Clara has hosted coverage of the Brits and the Baftas, taken a critical look at the fame industry, interviewed stars of stage and screen, and competed on Strictly, as well as celebrity editions of Pointless and Masterchef.

Jay is best known as a presenter on the BBC's The Repair Shop, where he and the show's team restore the nation's most treasured timepieces back to their original condition. Brought up in the East End,  Jay is an upholsterer by trade. Since presenting The Repair Shop, he has endeared the public with his easy, affable charm and adept craftsmanship. 

A Nigerian-Geordie, Vick has held down star status on BBC Radio 1 for some time, hosting two national shows: Life Hacks and The Official Chart: First Look. In 2021, Vick presented for BAFTA’s Film Awards Red Carpet and has become an Amnesty International Ambassador alongside the actress Olivia Colman.
