Since Super Slim Me, Dawn has cast her glance at free love, spoilt teens and online dating. She’s also penned her first novel, Paper Aeroplanes.
Trained as an actress, Dawn is now a writer and broadcaster, and has published two novels for young adults. She contributes regularly to a wide range of titles, including Glamour, the Telegraph, InStyle and The Sun.
Dawn’s television career began on Channel 4’s Balls of Steel, testing the morals of British men, which led to a book, Diaries of an Internet Lover, cataloguing her experiences of finding love online. She went on to make programmes such as Super Slim Me, looking at the dangers of extreme dieting. This became a series of programmes covering nudity, polygamy and childbirth.
She has presented segments of shows by Gok Wan and Derren Brown, and is a lively and engaging awards host.
