Professor of Internet Governance & Regulation at the University of Oxford’s Oxford Internet Institute, Viktor is a widely-respected authority on the networked economy. With Kenneth Cukier, Viktor wrote Big Data, the influential look at how the data revolution could change everything, and Framers, exploring how the human ability to frame a decision is a vital and irreplacable skill we need to develop and value. He's also is the author of Delete: The Virtue of Forgetting in the Digital Age which looks at the advantages but also unforeseen consequences of the digital world, and Reinventing Capitalism in the Age of Big Data.
