The company provide anything from an hour-long session to several days training, working with the client to address the specific challenges facing each group of participants. Workshops begin with distinctly imperfect (and often comical) scenarios on anything from customer service to the way we react to change. The audience is then invited to direct the action themselves, correcting all the mistakes and steering the encounter to a successful conclusion.
