She is extremely professional, takes an active role and gets involved with the script and is happy to ad-lib, she had a lovely friendly nature as well. The audience at this event can get a little rowdy but Lucy controlled them well and didn't feel uncomfortable getting them to shhh. They found her enthusiastic and a great host.
