Biography

Brenda Edwards is best known for her passionate performances on X-Factor. Since appearing on the talent show she has starred as Mama Morton in West End production of Chicago, and played a lead in Carmen Jones at Royal Festival Hall. In both roles she received wide critical acclaim.

Brenda has performed across the country with The Motown Show, supported Smokey Robinson and appeared in front of 40,000 at Cardiff’s Millennium Stadium. She has sold out Ronnie Scott’s and performed three live shows in New York – including one alongside Ashford & Simpson.
