Few authors have had more impact on day-to-day management than Ken Blanchard. He is universally characterised as one of the most insightful voices in business.
Ken's book The One Minute Manager, co-authored with Spencer Johnson, has sold more than nine million copies worldwide. Other titles include Raving Fans (on customer service), Everyone's A Coach and Mission Impossible - Creating a World Class Organisation.
Dr Blanchard is a visiting lecturer at Cornell University.
