BIOGRAPHY
Mark originally joined Merrill Lynch as their youngest stockbroker, dealing across a range of financial tools from derivatives to equities. He has since appeared on LBC and Channel 5's Serious Money, explaining everyday money matters from renting a room to filling in a tax form.
As well as facilitating conferences and speaking on personal finance, Mark's focus is on the need for business to embrace soft skills. He explores the rules of persuasion, networking and boardroom etiquette, and how to plant the seed of an idea, read and influence others.
Mark's speeches and his books concentrate on everything from first impressions to communicating and presenting, influencing and reading the reactions of others, whether they're colleagues, customers or rivals. Mark has worked with companies all over the world to develop and refine skills that are of use to everyone in business.
