BIOGRAPHY
After presenting Newsnight and The Money Programme, Francine Stock moved across to the Radio 4 arts magazine Front Row and then The Film Programme.
Francine started her career as an oil industry journalist. She went on to produce and edit The World at One, before presenting Financial World Tonight. She has also fronted budget and election specials, and presented several documentaries including Europe: On The Brink.
Her debut book, A Foreign Country, was shortlisted for the Whitbread First Novel Award. Francine herself has served on the judging panel for the Booker Prize.
