Richard followed our brief exceptionally well. He was entertaining and engaging. He was certainly controversial but that went down very well!! The audience was engaged throughout and there were plenty of questions following Richard's presentation.

Sir Richard Needham was a delightful and engaging speaker. From the first word he said to the very last, the audience was entertained and informed.
I personally loved the Italian and Irish accents he used.
We would certainly consider using Sir Richard Needham again at a future event.

Richard met the objectives and he was keen to make the presentations as applicable to the audience as possible and was pro-active in modifying content to that aim.
It would have been beneficial if Richard had provided some slides for the first event. He however did provide some for the second and third events which solidified his presentation.
Generally the audience felt Richard’s presentation was very inspiring and provided a good dose of reality and a “kick up the arse.”
Richard had a audience rating of 4.75 out of 5, with about 79% of people rating him 5 out of 5. (Extremely good – the best out of all the speakers).

I have engaged Richard twice now and have been delighted both times. He is very briefable, grasping the point of his session and how he can make the best contribution. His delivery is a scream: relaxed and full of great anecdotes whilst being thoroughly irreverent, and cutting to the chase. All nuggets and no flannel!

One of the best-received speakers we've had in a long time - Richard was relaxed, very funny (the accents are wonderful!) and very insightful - and a thoroughly lovely man to boot. I can't recommend him highly enough.
