Penny was absolutely perfect for this audience - the right balance of professionalism and humour. She really did make sure her speech was relevant to the audience, and she was very well received by them.

Penny was given a very late brief to present a new launch awards ceremony, but took the whole process in her stride. Despite last minute technical hitches that disrupted her read-through, she wasn't phased at all and made her own arrangements to ensure she was thoroughly prepared for the evening. She brought her own video introduction to enhance her presence at the ceremony and commanded the audience from start to finish. Overall, she took the whole thing in her stride and left the team feeling she would be in safe hands, so they could concentrate on other aspects of a demanding launch. Well done Penny, we couldn't have done it without you!
