When I was looking for a speaker for a group of senior strategy directors I wanted someone with a unique point of view, a wealth of practical experience and an ability to connect with the audience. Mike was an engaging and inspirational speaker at our Marketing Excellence meeting in February 08. Mike shared his experiences as founder of First Direct and Egg. His credentials mean he is instantly credible amongst a group of delegates who think they know a lot already. Mike was able to really interpret some of his key learnings from his years of banking experience and talks intimately about the needs of the customer and how to think innovatively.

We only had Mike for 45 mins which is not long enough especially for his fee charged, A longer 2 hour session would have beeen perfect.
