Everyone loved him, he handled awards well, kept it going without too many lulls, got applause for people coming on stage. Not too much chatter in the audience. 2 negative things - he hadn't paid any attention to the script. Off stage so quickly it was unbelievable - didn't give us a chance to say 'thanks'.

Michael hosted our first water industry awards three years ago and helped us put them on the map. He's a nice guy who really listened to our brief, and then made hay with it. He really did make it a night to remember - we still recount some of the jokes.

Michael is a true professional. A totally over the top experience and one not to be missed. He is incredibly funny and really did give that extra something to the awards that not many presenters can.

Michael is a great talent and clearly destined for celebrity stardom. We have used him for a number of awards ceremonies and at each he has delivered- his comedy routine pre- awards presentation is wonderful and the audience has always found him very warm and amusing. He differs from other presenters of awards in that he injects humour thorughout the presentation rather than simply giving a routine beforehand and then moving into straight presentation delivery which works very well. However, our concern now after working with him for a while is that he might be becoming rather ' big for his boots' and therefore he seems less inclined to rehearse, prepare and concentrate on the individual events. We hope he will not take corporate business events for granted- he needs to maintain the same high level of commitment to each event that he showed when he was less well known. If he can offer this commitment then he will deserve a '5 hand' rating- it is only this concern that has lowered the score.
