We wanted a speaker that had gravitas, who would be intellectually stimulating and interesting to our audience. We asked her to talk for 10/15 minutes and then open up to Q&A. The Baroness met all of these objectives.

The audience was enthralled. There were lots of questions from the audience on disparate topics. We could have been there all night! She came across as very forthright but was also witty, warm and very fair.

Eliza provided a very insightful talk into the skills and techniques of a leader at the top of their game. Leadership is one of ACCA’s key objectives and Eliza certainly didn’t disappoint. The audience was very engaged in what Eliza had to say and feedback was very positive with one comment saying “the best speaker at an ACCA event ever”. Many people still wanted to know more specifics and details about life at MI5 and about Eliza herself but for obvious reasons this wasn’t possible.

Probably one of the best speakers that we’ve had over the past few years. The Q&A session was fantastic – it felt like she had the audience in the palm of her hand, everyone loved it and she left people wanting more. It will be very hard to find another speaker quite like her.
