Very well. We held a telephone brief beforehand and the training was pitched just right.



How would you describe the audience reaction?
We had very good feedback verbally about the session. Unions have requested that we hold something similar next year whilst others have asked for a follow up session.

What a remarkable success! As you know, using Blue Beetle was a major departure for us, as we have often taken the ‘safe/traditional’ route when selecting sales trainers and presenters. However the session run by you and your team was sensational – and won on every level. You really compered the event with exceptional professionalism, relevance and entertainment – getting the balance spot on. Your team were equally superb, and hit the right note both in the plenary sessions and the breakouts too – not just the acting but also the session assessment and the feedback. Thanks for your patience in the pre-event research and preparation but it certainly paid off and we’ve received many comments about how well you had done your research and planning.

We were so pleased we asked you to join us and hope that we will get the chance to ask you again before too long.

I want to thank you and your team for such a brilliant day. Although it was something very different from what we would normally do it was definitely the right way to go. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed all aspects of the session and found it to be informative as well as, well rehearsed and well researched. You brought so much energy which definitely rubbed off, as there was a continual buzz throughout the room, and your highly skilled team gave faultless and credible performances as both Franchise Owners and MOLLY MAID customers.
