The Conference was positioned to improve morale, motivation and team working. All delegates left with their own memories of his expedition. However delegates are still referring back to the leadership skills portrayed in the presentation. We felt that Alan had provided an excellent presentation which fitted well with our objectives. The delegates were in awe of the lessons learnt on motivation and team working by Alan on his expedition to the North Pole and how well he related the transferrable lessons/skills which can be transported into the business world.

Alan was professional, on time and a great speaker for our events. The delegates loved the hour he spent on stage listening to his adventures and for us the way he linked everything back into the Alltogethernow conference message was just superb. He was a true professional and also stayed around in the coffee break to answer any further questions the delegates had, I totally understand this is not part of his package and cannot thank him enough. In fact he was so good we were prepared to fly him out to Chicago in September for our final event, it is such a shame he is unavailable.

Alan delivered on our expectations having seen the online video clips. His presentation was already very relevant in terms of teams, motivation, reaching goals and he was happy to be involved with the client and take on board their concerns about the team and the challenges they faced.
Feedback post event has been absolutely fantastic with everyone wanting to know how they can follow Alan’s progress on his next expedition and even discussions on how they can sponsor or support!

Alan was spot on. He represented exactly what our LEAD programme stands for. He made so many points that a small business owner could learn from and he told his story very well. He was very professional, was not concerned when we were running late, made time to speak to delegates afterwards. I would certainly book him again.
