Training often involves case studies, but rarely are they enacted right in front of you and based on the actual issues confronting your organisation. A group of actor-trainers, schooled in HRD, show participants some of the behaviours that impede progress. After witnessing distinctly imperfect (sometimes comical) scenarios on anything from customer service skills to the way we react to change, they’re invited to direct the action themselves.
Training often involves case studies, but they are rarely enacted right in front of you and based on the specific issues confronting your organisation. Seasoned actor-trainers schooled in HRD, Blue Beetle highlight the issues and characters that impede progress in every workplace.
The company provide anything from an hour-long session to several days training, working with the client to address the specific challenges facing each group of participants. Workshops begin with distinctly imperfect (and often comical) scenarios on anything from customer service to the way we react to change. The audience is then invited to direct the action themselves, correcting all the mistakes and steering the encounter to a successful conclusion.
By focusing on the reality of their own workplace, delegates leave with practical and effective tools, tips and techniques to put to use immediately. The Blue Beetle approach is to ‘work hard, play harder and learn more’ - having a great deal of fun whilst driving all the messages home.
