BIOGRAPHY
Strictly Come Dancing first waltzed onto our screens in 2004. Several series later the juggernaut shows no signs of slowing. The professional dancers on the show are now as big a draw as the celebrities they partner.
BRIAN FORTUNA first appeared on the US Strictly, and now divides his time between LA and UK shows. Brian has partnered Heather Small and Ali Bastion, and taken part in Dancing on Wheels for BBC3. KRISTINA RIHANOFF, the Siberian-born Latin and Mambo expert, famously partnered John Sergeant and helped him achieve the unlikely status of 'national treasure'. She originally became a dance champion in Russia's Far East.
ANTON Du BEKE'S charm and sense of fun make him one of the most popular dancers. Touted as a (slightly) younger Bruce Forsyth, he was the natural successor to Dale Winton as presenter of Hole In The Wall. Anton's partner is ERIN BOAG, the vivacious Kiwi. She puts the 'strict' into Strictly, so much so that Julian Clary and Colin Jackson both made the final. Erin also performs with Austin Healey.
For conference audiences Erin and Anton also organise team building, ensuring that even those with two left feet can cut a dash. In their Dance Masterclass, the audience is split into teams and coached in the cha cha cha and tango. The teams then take to the floor in open competition, with the host CEO joining in as a judge. Anton and Erin finish with a demonstration of one of their own award-winning routines.
