The Incredibly Strange Film Band play film and TV theme tunes from the 60s to the present day. That's all they play. The nine piece line-up features a powerful brass section, along with funky rhythms and percussion. They include members of Hot Chocolate, The Coal Porters and Bad Manners.
Complete with eye-catching costumes and wigs, they play a surprisingly varied set by several of the world's foremost popular composers - from Henry Mancini and Herbie Hancock to John Barry and Quincy Jones. ISFB always leave the audience on their feet demanding more soundtrack magic.
The huge repertoire includes the theme from Shaft, The Sweeney, Austin Powers, Hawaii 5-0, Pulp Fiction, The Morecambe & Wise Show, Star Trek, Jaws, Music to Watch Girls By, The Professionals, Magnum Force, Young Doctors, Get Carter, The Saint, Wonder Woman, Sportsnight and Dirty Harry - as well as Pearl & Dean stings and a James Bond medley.
