Whilst working as a children's entertainer, Bruce and a friend idly speculated on whether a human being could fit inside a balloon. From that apparently hypothetical conversation, Bruce Airhead was born.
With a voice-activated pump, Bruce inflates a huge balloon and then climbs inside. First his head disappears, then three limbs - leaving the balloon standing on one leg. He finally disappears completely, only to re-emerge seconds later transformed into a living rock'n'roll legend (or a host of other famous figures or themed characters).
