Richard Needham
As a Minister, Needham was instrumental in transforming Northern Ireland’s economic base in an environment charged with risk. He was also Michael Heseltine’s Deputy at the DTI, helping overhaul Britain’s export strategy. Once outside Parliament Richard became Deputy Chairman of Dyson, responsible for setting up manufacturing operations in Europe, the US and Far East.

Matthew Bannister
Former controller of BBC Radio 1, Matthew Bannister became famous for the way he transformed the BBC Radio Network.
